    I love thr beautiful open layout of Coles Nambour and the easy parking. The surrounding shops are improving too.

    But not enough manned checkouts open which slows down payment process!

    Every time we go to the service counter, we are ignored. We were there waiting and every time another customer came (in line) they would get served. We all had to wait because they thought we were smokers and not customers. Smokers are people, who are customers, and they should not be treated badly. Very poor service.

    I was made to feel a thief at the self check out today. Will stick with my local maroochydore store. Lovely store but unfortunately some staff are over zealous, should be more sensitive to honest people and less obnoxious about it.
