    Disgraceful. These cowboys grossly over-charge, over-promise and under-deliver. Just because you pay absolutely top dollar doesn't mean the solicitor you request will have any input into your case, despite agreeing to represent you. They charged 3 times what anyone else would have and assigned the uni student law clerk to look after the matter. It was a disaster. Get everything in writing - they're very good at verbally promising you what they think you want to hear and denying it all later when you query why. Do yourself a huge favour and find another firm. Unfortunately there's no option for zero stars on the review!
