  Very poor and dishonest service. I am presently taking my dog to training and was advised to buy a halti training lead. I asked for this at this store and was insistent that it must be a halti lead. I was told that this other brand was exactly the same and paid over $20. At my training today, I could not use this lead AS IT IS NOT THE SAME! The experienced trainer said the pet shop owner would have known it was not the same. I have had to go to another shop to buy the correct one. DISHONEST SERVICE AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

  I've never seen betta fish (Siamese fighters) in poorer condition - almost all of them had their fins torn. Some to a point where the colour wasn't even recognisable. I almost bought the worst one to get it out of there but noticed signs of infection on its gills.

  love pet empire, i love buying the fish! they are always well looked after, they look happy, tanks are always clean. The products are great and the staff are knowledgeable. overall a really good shop and i highly recommend, by far my favorite shop in Nambour!

  Friendly locally owned pet store. Pleasant and helpful staff. Pets allowed. Saturdays $16 hydrobaths from 9am -1.30pm. My dog loves this place.

  Most helpful and great customer service. Got plenty of helpful advice on my fish tank setup. Even bought a few new fish for the tank.

  I was told they frequently jump the tanks and end up together and fight - but if the problem is known why not fix it?
