  New owner is very friendly and helpful. Even though he didn't have the exact part i needed for a pump he tried to see what we could swap it out for and then went on to answer all my questions. I will definitely be going back.

  I have brought many pets from here staff were pretty nice and friendly and I really love going there until about 1/2 weeks ago I got a female quail with two babies I got the two babies for two dollars each and the mum I traded for my Male quail when I got home I did my usual check to make sure they're all okay one of the babies had one covered and had infection all around it then I checked all the baby and it was all fine and then I checked on mum and it had one smaller eye so I called the shop and I explained what happened and he told that he knew one of the babies had an infection but he did not know that the mum had a small eye and he said he would give me a discount and for me to bring in my quail and trade it for a different female and the next day I was going on a holiday and my pet sitter said that the baby quail with the eye infection died and I was like okay I'll bring the mum in when I get back and yesterday I got back and today I went into bring female quail in and the lady said that I can't do that but she would take the quail and give me half price on another female and I said ok and her son lied and said that he gave me a discount which is impossible because I was on holiday and he also said that nothing was wrong with them when they left the shop which on the phone he told me that he knew one of the babies had an infection in it eye! my new motto is "adopt don't shop"
