    2 rude male staff with terrible customer service skills and make u feel very dumb when asking them for help and very unwelcome .

    I have on several occasions over the last couple of years, had need of hardware items, that i am unable to purchase in person, due to ill health. I was able to phone sunshine Mitre 10, give them my list of items, pay over the phone, then have the items held for someone to collect on my behalf. Thank you to the staff that have aided in this process, you made it easier. Cynthia F.

    This place is great, they haven't got the biggest range on the floor but they have a lot and are happy to order in. Some great bargains to be had and above all fantastic service.
