Thank you Curves Nambour!! I was a member previously, but had to cancel my membership due to family commitments, and am happy to say that since rejoining almost two months ago I have lost 8kg and feel fantastic. What a bonus to have others share the excitement of my progress. It makes all the hard work put into workouts worthwhile. I look forward to spending my mornings with all the girls and your support and encouragement have meant the world to me. THANKS!!

I found this place a bit like a cult - they're all over you to get you to join but when you want to cancel your membership it's a totally different story and they make you jump through a lot of hoops. Check the fine print of the mountain of paperwork they give you. I've found there are plenty of better gyms out there - shop around!
