  I had a badly broken screen on my iPhone 6 which they replaced, I ended up going back twice as the replacement screen had issues which they dealt with free of charge till I had my phone operating perfectly again.

  Excellent store, they repair phones and computes and do an excellent job with great advice and tips. I always go there. The store looks amazing with a great range of products. I definitely recommend it!

  If i could 6 stars I would. The two staff, Galen & Angus at IT Shop Nambour have just gone out of their way to assist in updating my phones, change over data, save photos and explain all I need for upcoming travels. I now know how to use more google products and am thrilled with the customer service. Their collective know how has saved me so much time and angst. Thanks again lads for your professionalism, courtesy and kindness

  As it happened a week or so ago my toddler dropped my phone into the toilet & I took it to another iPhone repair group (who were very highly recommend), the gentleman there opened up my phone, took one look at it & told me that my charging & auxiliary ports were still original - had not been replaced at all, and that the "new" battery was in fact a refurbished second hand battery. No wonder I had continued to have the same problems with my phone! What an absolute waste of time & nearly $120.00. I would not recommend the ITShop Nambour to anyone.

  I requested that the charging & auxiliary ports on my iPhone 6 Plus be replaced, because I was having difficulty charging my phone. I was offered to have my original battery replaced with a "new" battery at the same time. I accepted this & went about my business while I waited for the work to be done. After having collected my phone & paid for the work in full I found that I was still having the same issues with charging my phone & rapidly dwindling battery life despite using the phone in power saving mode.
