  Purchased a Fiat 500 and I LOVE it!!! The team at Cricks Nambour were so very helpful (especially Brad and Emma-May) - excellent service in all aspects. Personalized experience provided, with no undue pressure. Prepared to go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I have no hesitation in recommending this business. I will also be returning there for regular car servicing, even though there are closer options for me.

  During my purchase and service experience of a new Mitsubishi Triton there has never been any hard sell by any staff at Cricks Nambour. Sales and Service staff just make everything so easy like when I collected my new Triton I was shown through the service reception and introduced to staff. This made the booking and delivery of my vehicle for service so easy. The service Technicians provide excellent records on the service invoice like notifying me the battery test was lower that normal. No hard sell to replace the battery at the service but I know to keep a watch on this matter. Another big plus at Cricks service section is the efficient courtesy vehicle that gets you back home or to work always on time. On final thing that will always stay with me was how Cricks let me drive my new Triton out of the showroom...what a thrill.

  After major logbook service there was no coolant in the reservoir of my Pajero. Moreover service manager admitted that they use tap water mixed with concentrate what is prohibited by owner's manual. On top of this the dealership charges unaware customers premium price for genuine Mitsubishi premix coolant. It took 6 weeks to get it refunded. Dodgy place. Will never go to any Crick's again.

  They look after you! Price for car service is good value. Shuttle service and loan car options make it easy to leave car and not be stuck waiting! Free coffee at cafe next door.
