    Worst service ever, we sat waiting for 20 minutes whilst staff walked around casually talking to each other. Everyone looked miserable except for the one jolly person that was actually doing some work that ended up helping us.

    One of the bad services you will ever find. When going in for a deposit, always got convinced to make a deposit by an atm, and it takes so long till the money to be in the account!! The money will be in after businness hour of the next day!! It too late to pay for my bills sometimes! Seriously, whats the problem with making deposit at the counter??!! It will literally takes like 10-20 seconds! This needs to be improved!

    I cannot morally support Commbank as it was the largest funder of fossil fuels in Australia in 2016. I think it is time for this business to consider the world we are leaving our kids before this quarter's bottom-line
