  No other chemist warehouse in Australia hands out a waiting buzzer, last time I was there I asked about why they use them and they said it's because they are busy but there was no one in the store.. even though there was no one there I still had to wait 15 minute for a simple script. Won't be going there again. I went to a chemist down the road and they said that it's impossible for a script to take that long when the store is empty and it's just pure laziness. I'd recommend going to another chemist even if it costs more.
